Motek Toronto
Motek Productions is a Toronto based entertainment agency specializing in booking the most famous Israeli artists.
The company is the brainchild of Ravid Dahan.
Dahan, an Israeli living in Toronto loved the unity of the Jewish people but felt that the Toronto community needed
more Israeli culture. She found this niche in music and began to cultivate a company that saw Israeli artists
being brought to Toronto every few months.
The company has now expanded and now not only brings in artists to Toronto but also across North America.
Motek Productions has two major goals. The first is to bring in Israeli artists to show the Toronto community
a different side of Israel, the cultural side. With Israel so often in the news from a negative angle,we believe that
by showcasing talented Israeli artists in the community, people can ge a broader understanding and appreciation
for the country of Israel.
The second goal is to unite the Jewish community of Toronto. With such a large Israeli and Canadian
Jewish population, by putting on events and concerts we believe this unites the community and makes it stronger.
Motek Productions is not just a private company.We are very committed to the community ofToronto and have
become an imperative part of the Jewish community and will remain so. In addition to putting on events and concerts,
Motek Productions strongly believes in giving back to the community.
We have recently participated and donated to many organizations. We also believe in bringing in Israeli artists that
are involved in making a difference in the lives of others.
Each of the artists that we have brought in has made a contribution in some way, be it politically, socially or environmentally.
